Making new year’s
resolutions is senseless as much as we are supposed to live our life as normal
people. sometimes we make our resolutions by listing things that they don’t
suit us as we really think. Also we started calling our listed resolutions as
if they are goals. And that doesn’t make any sense because if we start making
our resolution as goals we won’t end up with any benefits for ourselves and we
will end up with a life, which is meaningless and we will be just keep doing
things that might control our life in a negative way. sometimes we think if we
are not meeting our goals or hopes, that our life isn’t good as it’s. Another
thing that you really have to choose something that has a big importance for
you and however you keep looking for that thing at the end you’re going to find
it and it would make a big difference in your life. Also the timing is
important like everything has its own time so don’t waste that time on doing
things that you shouldn’t be doing in a certain time. On my end choose good
choices and enjoy them as much as you can. Only for life! and don't make
resolutions that would make your life harder.
There are a lot of things
that I really want to change in myself because there is nobody is perfect, but I think the most important one that i want to
change in myself is, that I shouldn’t talk to myself in a negative way, which
is Negative Self Talk / Self Criticism. I want to change it because it had made
my life so difficult. For example, when I want to hang out with my friends I
first start thinking about that and then I say to myself that I don’t deserve
that as much as everybody actually thinks that I deserve it. Another example,
when someone is so good and nice, when they start talking to me I say to myself
why am I talking to them. They are much better than me. So I become a little
bit isolated. If I change that thing in my life. It’s going to matter and make
a big difference. It would be much easier if i change it than I would ever
think about it. Because if I initiate the speeches that i give to myself with a
positive words. I’m pretty sure that my day will pass in an amazing way. I also
tried that feeling of having a good day without any troubles because of what
all I did which was, saying great things to myself such as: you can do it or
you’re the one that people trust. And I felt so good for saying that. I’ve
struggled a lot with this issue (Negative Self Talk). Such as: when I say
something bad to myself, once I go back home I stay in my room and never go out
for what I’ve done through the day of bad decisions and harsh words. And people
start saying why I’m not motivating with them, but I think that isn't of their
business at all because they know nothing about me and they start saying things
that i even don't care or mind about. and they think that they are in the
bottom of my brain of thinking. I always try to change that thing in myself and
I look forward to do that. I think I’m going to share what I have with others
to help them and help me at the same time and i would like them to advise me.
i'll talk to people who are positive. Of course changing that in myself is
going to effect on me and my life as well .I would never imagine that moment
when i really realize that i'm done with this issue. and I’ll be having a
self-confident, I won’t mind if people upset me and I’ll talk in appositive
way. So please don’t be like me and keep in mind that beautiful things happen
in your life when you distance yourself from all the negative things. and do
whatever suit you! because life is amazing with you and your spirit.
